I love this place... one stop shop for buying for my two russian blue cats.. always have Royal Canin premium pet food in stock and happy to put aside for a quick pay and pickup arrangment! staff very friendly and helpful.

This place goes above and beyond for their customers. They were able to answer all my questions, and made me feel welcome. I was able to buy all my dog food there in bulk, which saved me a small fortune. And they did the nicest thing by carrying my x2 22kg dog biscuits to the car. I was also recommended to become a member of the store to receive special discounts. I'm definitely a happy customer.

Disappointing compared with the Melrose Park store. Not as clean and didn't appear to have such a good range of stock. Staff were ok but still a pricey visit for most items; a little disappointing today.

My partner and I went into this store to buy a harness for our dog. We wanted to buy a harness to use for in the car and one for walking our dog as well. The staff were very friendly in this shop, they all made a fuss over our dog! And it is fantastic because you can actually take your pet into this store! The sales assistant who helped us was very friendly and also had a good product knowledge. Th sales assistant helped us pick out the right type of harness and showed us how to put it on our dog. There were samples of dog food out that our dog Maggie just loved. I was very surprised to see such a big range of products for all different types of pets. You can also become a member of the store to receive special discounts ect. The staff were very friendly, good range and good price. Will go here again. You can also get your dog weighed here as well.

This is a very friendly and excellent environment. A huge range of products to choose from and buy however a bit more expensive then other stores. Use to go to store all the times but now go elses where as i find that the live stock i buy eg crickets usually dont last more then a few days alive

as far as range and price goes i cant recommend petstock. the stores are clean and tidy - usually well stocked but all the products can be bought cheaper elsewhere where there is more range

I used to be a frequent shopper at Petstock but have been disappointed on recent visits. I seem to struggle to get items that I used to buy frequently, such as hay or pig trotters, and when I queried the staff about next delivery, I was unimpressed with their attitude. This used to be a fantastic, happy, helpful store that has gone downhill. Most disappointing as I have always been an advocate in the past but I know look elsewhere to purchase my pet products.
