We're renting through them for a number of years and it was disappointing recently finding out how fixing a simple ledger error on their end has turned into a tremendous task taking over 2 months. They make it no secret that landlord is their client and take it to the extreme, rudely ignoring tenant whatsoever. My next step is Fair Trading.

Overall the staff are very pleasant to deal with. The have a great attitude when it comes to solving issues. At times they take a while to return phone calls, all though generally they solve all problem and advise you of the scenario and what their coarse of action is.

We rent our apartment through this agency and in general they are pretty good. We had an issue with our neighbours making complaints and the real estate kept us informed of what was being said and was very fair in resolving the issues.
