This Medical center is the worst of the worse bunch. They stopped giving Covid vaccinations and when I asked why they said because patients didn't honour the vaccination appointments. Blame it on patients, well done! If you want to get an appointment because their name is listed in the Government Covid vaccination provider, they would chuck you out after a long automatic recorded pointers on phone. The receptionists are usually arrogant, keeping people waiting while they talk on phone while you're standing in a queue. The doctors are good but to reach to them is a herculean task. You will be wasting at least 30 minutes to 1 hour of your lifetime every time you go there which will be for a 5 minute interview with a doctor. Kindly value your life better and stay away from this centre. Waste of time, literally!

Today visit pacific medical centre open time is 10 pm but it’s closed 6:30 all the time this happened

Went there for see Dr Zolly dutta 2 weeks ago for my wife, waited for more than hour and my wife was in pain . Many people came after and goes inside the Dr. ZOLLY DUTTA CABIN. I went receptionist, she said dr. Called my wife's name and no body answer then she called some one else . I thought May be we didnot heard and its okay . Dr did some blood tests and told us to come after 1 - 2 week.
Today we went again and same thing happen, we are sitting outside like Idiots and Dr Zolly Dutta called patients , who came after us . After 50 mins ,I went to receptionist and same thing , she told me that Dr called your wife name and no one answer. I Said we are sitting outside the cabin and no one called us.
Then I asked Dr Zolly Dutta, did you callled my wife name, she got angry and said if you can not wait and see other doctor. After 10 mins receptionist called us and said Dr dont want to see us.
I was like , no body can ask dr a question? We are waiting for 1 hour and she just dont want to see?

They said go and see the other male doctor. I ask them okay I will go other hospital and just give me my wife blood reports and again they said they will not give anything and not any refund.
