Fantastic service, I broke an arm on my glasses and Ali replaced it at no charge. The ladies are extremely helpful and the Optometrist does a very thorough check. Will use this store above any other!

I would like to say that this store Optical super store at Morayfield is the best I have ever used, I have been wearing glasses for 30 years and spent the last 15 years going to this same store, the OPTOMERIST Michael and the staff are just brilliant .Many thanks to Jamie she has always helped me chose frames and found her to be very professional. I highly recommend you going to this store at he Morayfield shopping centre and give them a try you will b happy.

I just want to say a big thanks you to the staff at the Optical Superstore Morayfield for all their help and patience fixing and replacing my frames.
I was very impressed with the frames and lenses i was prescribed in Feb 2017. The frame arms though became loose, due to rust and salt ( use wd40 regularly can prevent this) . They were out of warranty, but were gracious in ordering in, and transffering the lenses to the new frame.
This truly is service way and beyond, and my wife and i will be very happy to know we have a proffesional and caring optical provider.
I have been very happy with the glasses and they were considerably cheaper than the previous set from another company. they even fixed the other companies frames so i could use them as spares. the original provider had refused to do this.
So thank you again for going the extra mile , you have a very satisfied customer.

We recently booked our children (and myself) in for an eye test. They were able to fit us in the next day. I used recommendations from this site to choose this optometrist.
What a great experience! The optometrist was wonderful. He had a great manner with children. He explained everything he was doing and put us all at ease. I will go there again in the future.
They were busy so we did have to wait about fifteen minutes after our appointment time, but otherwise 10/10!

Great choice of frames, and affordable solutions and options. Had my eyes tested there (bulk billed), they provide a complete eye health check, and explained everything very clearly. They also discussed my options for lenses and add-ons in plain English, considered my budget for glasses and helped me find a suitable glasses package, without being pushy. They have frames to suit every budget, from basic to some VERY NICE designer ones. Once you have chosen your lenses, they usually are ready to pick up quite quickly, and the staff make sure that they are fitted properly, clean and adjusted before you leave the store. Whether you are new to glasses or replacing an old pair, they are so helpful and make sure you get what YOU want, within YOUR budget. Definitely recommended
