they have lots of different breads and artisan breads like ciabbata and rolls treccia pasta dura ring etc ,deli,food products friendy staff they become family like your hairdresser

and he let me watch one night and i tell you its amazing the way they work ,they love making bread its a passion its life to them they love it ,i learn that they let the dough rest for over hours before they make a single roll . at the back were they work its very clean they take pride in there passion its all natural flour salt yeast water,i even tried to make a ciabbata looks easy but the dough got stuck only to my hands . working at night its hard i dont no how they do it and they sell so cheap people should look how bread is made and this bakery is the authentic way. this was the best experience thanks for your time great honest hard working family

the owner is a baker from italy so you get an italian expirience in melbourne and they have imported stuff and a delli in shop as well what else can i say ive been a customer for 15 years now so there good try for your self

Great bread here and especially the Italian ciabatta rolls that also come in wholemeal. Want a quick meal then grab a ready made pizza base or if you like they always have pizza dough for $2.50 and you get at least 4 pizza's out of it, just add your toppings and cook.

We always buy our bread here, they have the best Italin ciabatta bread rolls which are baked fresh every morning and really cheap - 5 for $1!. There is also a good range of cakes and other small deli foods such as meats, salami, ham etc.
