Used Next Level Removals last Saturday,we had very tight time line due to cleaners arriving later on,George and Alex arrived on time as i was promised, the move was very smooth and simple every item was safely handled and wrapped,i am very pleased with how this move was handled, defiantly would recommend this company to friends and family.

This review cost me $300, but these removalists will scam much more from you.

Before you read my experience, I would recommend you take a good look at the other reviews. Every time a negative review is posted, it's instantly covered up by a large flow of similar 5-star reviews from new accounts with no other reviews. Furthermore, this company were only willing to refund me if I agreed not to post a review. Finally, if you look at other review sites you'll see they have been accused of falsely generating positive reviews.

In my experience, I sent through a complaint and was called by a very apologetic employee, who offered a $300 refund. I thought I'd cut my losses and take it, but then I received the terms which said I wasn't allowed to speak of the matter including online reviews. I fundamentally disagree with this, and I think it just goes to show what kind of operation these guys are running. They offer a horrible service which they try to overcharge for, and then if you complain, the offer to refund a portion of the overcharged amount but only if you agree to never tell anyone.

I was contacted again recently and was told they had a new management company who were trying to remove negative reviews and offered $150 if I were to remove my review.

This company is as dodgy as they come, stay far far away!

Here's what happened to me:
I gave a very detailed report of what was being moved and was quoted 4hrs @$99/hr. The removalists showed up late, and systematically did everything in their power to slow the process down. They would use a trolley to move a single small cardboard box with one pushing and the other holding it on the trolley. They took multiple phone calls. I even saw them slowly trying to navigate the narrow corridors with just my bead-head on a trolley? Once I figured out what they were doing I ended up helping them to speed things up. One of them even told me I was "going too fast"...

They didn't cover things properly and scrapped my leather couch on the ground instead of lifting it, even after I told them multiple times to be careful and to use blankets. Same with my buffet, they didn't put any blankets down on the trolley so it got scratched on the metal.

After all this, I got charged for 8.5hrs to move a 1 bedroom apartment 12km (20min). When I asked for a tax invoice I was told I couldn't have one and that I had to pay cash. after 15 minutes of arguing with them in the lobby their boss eventually took the payment over the phone and sent an invoice.

Absolute racket.
