Heading off on holidays in the caravan @ 7am, no lights worked! Rang @ 8am, they were there by 9.30, on the road by 10.30. Service doesn't get better than that!! And pleasantly surprised by the bill. Would recommend to anyone

Dropped my car in to change 1 headlight bulb & 1 high beam for the 2nd time as the last time they did it, the lights just stopped working again due to a faulty resistor they failed to fix the 1st time. Got a call saying the cars done & ready to be picked up, $50 parts plus "labour" to my surprise when I went in they tried to charge me $380 labour plus $50 for parts $430 all up for a job that would take the average joe an hour at most & would have only taken them 30-40 minutes as professionals to do... They tried to claim that it took them all day to work on it, "we had to take the headlight assembly apart", the staff didn't know that i rang the reception staff earlier in the day & told me they were just waiting around all day for a replacement resistor they ordered.. They eventually agreed to charge me only 1.5 hours labour + $50 for parts + $19 tax still cost me $219 all up to change 2 light bulbs!!! Will definitely be staying away from them, they are unorganised, they don't even communicate with each other let alone with the customer... Do yourself a favour & DIY.
