My kids had a great time here and went home exhausted. There are plenty of activities for the kids to do (climbing, ball pit, trampolines, arcades.

The manager there is very comical and friendly. Food and coffee are great. Will definitely visit again.

I recently held my daughter's 5th birthday party here. Arrived in the Princess Room to discover that the room smelled of something like baby vomit, so bad one could hardly breathe in there. When I informed the lady manager of this, she informed me she didn't know why that would be the case as it had been cleaned, and got a staff member to spray toilet spray around in there. We continued on with the party but nobody including the children wanted to spend any length of time in the room. Our feet stuck to the ground in there, it was really quite disgusting. Just after our alloted hour and a half being up, my husband and I overheard the same manager telling a junior staff member to 'go and get those people out of there' - referring to the parents who had stayed for the party and were seated in the area outside of the party room. This is despite the party being booked on a quiet midweek day, with only one other party going on in the centre at the time. This manager has no idea of customer service or fostering goodwill amongst patrons. On the upside, the kids had fun as kids do at a birthday party, and the junior staff members were courteous and efficient.

Approximate cost: $160

Judging on how much you spent that's a good deal as for the manager saying to get you out was no meant in a nasty way you needed to leave so they could clean up the room for another party or your time was up but you still could've gone down stairs and played around as for the room being dirty I don't know why our staff should cleaned better

The overall experience was okay. But the food was too expensive. and the place was quiet dark and no aircondition and the toilets were dirty. They lady who runs it seems a bit rude. And she was pushing us to leave early. Eventhough there wasn't much people in there She was being strict with the kids not to play in certain area. She seems very stingy. Compared to wild kidz for the amount of money you pay what you get for a kids meal was much much better. Feel sorry to write this . Guys no more neverlands.

Well As for the Owner being rude she had to push you out as I'm sure she needed to clean up and leave the food was expensive as She needs to make money and Make the food as the air conditioning it was broken and the Toilets You should've gotten someone to clean them

Was on our way to GO BANANAS indoor playground today Saturday, but it was just too busy so decided to go a few streets away to Neverland. There were only a few cars in the car park so we thought cool! We had been once ages ago and remember it being a bit ho hum... but it wasn't busy so in we went!
Good door price (paid $8 ea for our 19month old and 3 yo - we were free). Have to say the only good thing about it was the main climbing frame in the middle. Oh and it has comfortable cafe seating. But the cafe food is atrocious! We ordered food for the girls: fish fingers n chips n a drink and for hubby the fish n chips with an extra piece of fish. The small piece of fish was ok, the chips were stale but the large piece of fish was uncooked in the middle and the gravy was dark and tasted disgusting! I took it back and before I even said what was wrong the lady asked me "not cooked in the middle?". So it's obviously happened before. I'm glad it wasn't given to my girls to eat!! They refunded what was owed us and I used that to get two coffees, a slice of banana bread a cherry coconut slice and just paid the difference. It took 15mins for them to start making the 2 coffees...it was not busy, there was three staff on and they were all out the back. The banana bread was a lil under done, the butter didn't taste right and the cherry slice was ok.
I noticed a few play areas were empty or just had chairs stacked up or they were just blocked off. One area had three old school fair ground type games that were privately owned and you had to pay extra for. These games also had a mobile number to ring if you had any problems with them and had nothing to do with Neverland. The 2 huge trampolines were the regular ones you'd get from Target or similar and had the netting all the way around. The kids liked those but i think i prefer their other floor tramps they had. Overall it just had the feel of old, and in the middle of a renovation or something. It's in need of a makeover for sure. Definitely would not go back with the way it is and would not recommend it to anyone... now I know why everyone was at Go Bananas.

I actually did work experience at this kids station and found it friendly but borring. The party rooms look great for the kids and they deffinately have fun on the equipment. I feel as tho i was the only worker there that was trying there hardest to make the place look good and clean and a happy place to be at. Because the staff are young teens it is hard to finde responsible ones that are willing to work but besides the workers it is a great place to go to. I was actually offered a job after my work experience and continued with it for about 6months.

I went there for a childs 7th Birthday Party recently. I found that the people working there (young teens mostly) seemed like they did not want to be there (didn't put on a good enough "face" for the public). It was good value for money for a party, when you think that the parents don't have to organise food etc. or clean up afterwards! The children could play supervised so parents did not have to stay if they didn't want to. I found though that it is a good way for parents to catch up without having to worry about their children. I didn't ask but the place would be good for an adults party as I know some jungle gyms offer.
