I've been here a few times now and it is always incredibly relaxing, and I leave feeling totally rejuvenated. I've had a lot of massage over the last 10 or so years, both here and overseas, so I speak from experience. I've seen two different ladies, and both are very good at fixing the tightness in my shoulders and neck; they are very professional and know what they're doing - the massage rooms are private and peaceful. I used to get massages from those no-appointment shopping centre places, but I find them too noisy and distracting which really detracts from the relaxing experience. First time, I went with my boyfriend and we had massage together in the same room which was a nice experience, and we've both been back separately several times since then. Really very happy with this massage place, highly recommend
