Friendly and helpful staff, used to be able to go there until' 7pm on Thursday's which was a huge winner for me, but was told that would be stopping which is a downer, but they're open till midday Saturday which is a huge plus for service and accessibility. They have a coin counter and change machine, overall, this branch in particular is over and above most other banks and even more accessible than other NAB branches

Completely shocked!! did a heap of shopping without realizing that my debit card expired the day before ..did not receive a new debit card!! ..had money in my account which I had no access to due to expired card was an embarrassing moment and could not visit the branch as it was on a Sunday, which I believe that bank branches should be opened on the weekends to avoid problems like these.

The quality of the store at nab is good.. the store is new and really well designed how ever a major downside is the customer service lacks. 3 seperate times ive had issues that have taken to long to resolve. They seem to be fresh out of bankers college and no one there to lead them. NAB offers gold banking for $12 a month and includes unlimited transactions which really Rock's (withdraw from any atm for free)
