A really good range of health food products, including vitamins and minerals, supplements and healthy food items.
I wasnt exactly sure what I wanted, so the lady serving was very helpful and patient in explaining the different benefits of the vitamin supplements I needed.
The store is in fairly old premises, but the stock is neatly displayed, with a good choice of products. Some lines were on special.
The store is a bit hard to find, not due to the location, but because there is really no signage outside advertising the business. In fact, it was a just by chance that I found the shop, as I was walking past, and noticed the products through the front window, and realised it was a health food store.
