Before buying a mobile phone and credit, I asked if the coverage area had been improved in Point Cook (as when I first moved here I was not at all satisfied with Vodafone's coverage) I was assured by staff that it had all been upgraded and changed, and coverage in Point Cook would not be a problem. So I purchased the mobile phone and some credit. After the purchase reality was very different. there is very little coverage and no support or customer service, from the minute i parted with my cash - i was on my own with nothing that worked. Also - when going back to the shop to ask for help, the staff belittled and bullied me and told me i was stupid. i may not be generation Y - but I do know how to leave this caution to others.

I'd also suggest contacting Vodafone to advise them of your experience with one of their affiliated dealers. Telco's do not want shady operators casting their companies in a bad light.
