Doug (and his apprentice) was prompt to respond to my query, upfront about his call-out fee, arrived on time, knew what he was doing and best of all, he is a LOCAL (Brunswick) tradie. He behaved respectfully inside my home and communicated clearly with me about what he was intending to do to fix my issue.
