Buyers beware if unlucky enough to be sold a faulty garment. An inability by the store to supply a replacement skirt resulted in me requesting a refund (as I am holidaying from interstate, a store credit was not an option). This was met with a flat refusal and when I asked the assistant to provide the owner's/manager's name and details in the hope of facilitating a satisfactory outcome, this was also refused. The assistant would not even provide her own name to aid in the event of referring the matter to Consumer Affairs. This was definitely the most negative retail experience I have ever had and I believe the matter could have been resolved in a far more professional manner.

This store has so many dresses for very cheap prices. If you need a quick outfit and don't have much cash, this is the perfect store for you
