Sunny and his team were great. Had a few hiccups with scheduled time and covid but Sunny and the team got the job done on the day we requested. This is the second time we have used Melbourne CBD Removals this year and would highly recommend

We booked and paid a deposit for the move of two beds last week. At 2.30 I’d not heard from them and was told “they are running late, it will be close to 6pm” that was ok. At 4.30 I called and was told “the truck has had mechanical problems and we have to postpone until the next day”. We were moving into our new home and had nowhere to sleep!!!
I asked to speak to the manager, he rang 30 minutes later and said that the truck was in an accident!!!!
Lies and more lies, I asked for the return of my deposit, which they did.
I hired a truck and did the move with the help of my wife and son in law.
At about 6.30 I got a call from a driver saying they would be at my house in 10 minutes!!!!!
CBD removals have absolutely no idea.
Don’t use them!

Sunny and Dave were fantastic. It was a difficult move with furniture going to various locations, including rural Victoria, and they were unfailingly helpful and hardworking. This is the second time we’ve used them and I’d highly recommend them to everyone. Absolutely five stars!!!
Sunny and his team were outstanding. They were a pleasure to deal with, efficient, great with communication and well priced. Care was very much taken with expensive items. Would (and have!) recommended to others and would definitely use again.
