Megasealed are my go-to for all leak repairs. Once again thanks for the great job you guys did sealing our leaking balcony. The quote your technician gave us was completely fair. As usual, we only paid for what we really needed which included: a complete balcony regrout to ensure our balcony waterproofing was up to scratch, and a anti slip tile treatment. We had 2 showers sealed. Spent Big $$$. Both have leaked within 2 years. Warranty? Forget it - the franchise didnt honour it and made up all kinds of excuses to avoid doing it. VERY VERY dissapointed. DO NOT USE MEGASEALED!!!

Had megasealed recoat our two showers 18 months ago. One started leaking in less than a year not sure exactly when the other started leaking but the ensuite is so bad that it cant be used. Megasealed's comment. If you pay 3$K MORE WE CAN REDO IT FOR YOU. what??? nO WAY.

MEGSEALED CIRCUS
In 2013 we had a leaking balcony which was re-grouted by Megasealed. During the process we had grey grout smeared on white walls, covered with white grout, which turned yellow. We had to paint the walls. The grouting was uneven - low and high spots. Had to be rectified. The tiles were left with a grey smear and foot prints, which could only be removed with harsh chemicals. Chemicals damaged stained the tiles and bleached the grout. Wish I could post photos. Stains had to be sanded off. Grout had to be redone. Despite a 25 year warranty the grout cracked and leaked after less than 2 years. First guy comes, takes photos, advises he doesn't do repairs (why come in the first place ?). Second guy comes asking which shower it is that's leaking !? It's the balcony mate. Oh I don't do balconies. Manager calls and promises to re-grout the whole balcony - and have it fixed once and for all. Third guy turns up 3 hours late " I won't be able to do the whole balcony today. " No sh@!t Sherlock if you turn up late. "We will just repair the cracks" Oh well ... I guess .. it's just a matter of month before I have to deal with these clowns again.

From the phone call enquiry to the final touches I was impressed. The friendly staff & amazing consultant made me feel assured that the job I was getting done would be done with perfection. I felt assured & happy that I wasn't being 'taken for a ride'. The consultant went through the entire process with me & with his equipment proved that this was a job that indeed needed to be done. The workman was friendly & very obliging & performed a wonderful job that I was very satisfied with. He left my bathroom in a clean & tidy state & I was extremely pleased. I would definitely recommend Megasealed as the experience is well worth it!

I cant thank megasealed enough for fixing 2 of my showers at the same time, I had just bought a house 3 weeks before and building inspection said they were perfect, until my ceilings fell down and told not covered under insurance, waterproofing had gone in both showers, was quoted $30000 to fix, but I found megasealed , Justin was great, gave it to me straight out and what 3 options I had, as I had cracked tiles as well, I need a tile over lay.but I was over the moon with the quote and 25 year warranty better then the original 7 year building warranty. Both showers were fixed over 2 days, and amazed no mess or dust anywhere and the finished produce is better then the original, as wall and floor grout was cut out and all fresh and new again. Even the original builder of my house 12 year old, told me to call megasealed as he heard great things and asked me to tell him how i went so he can continue to tell others. I highly recommended
