Avoid like the plague. Shipping provider used is poor to say the least.

It took them over two weeks to deliver the goods. They DON'T have any stock - in their (so called) store - they merely ship (from a warehouse) in Sydney. I'm only 5 kms from their warehouse - and it still took them 2 weeks to deliver to my home. Imagine what would happen if you lived in the outback of Queensland, or West Australia. They took forever to respond - and kept giving nothing but excuses. By the time I added in the extra cost(s) they put on the order I could have got the items faster, and CHEAPER, by driving to Officeworks, or Dick Smith.

Purchased an item from them and their website says that you're supposed to receive your order within 1-3 days of payment; but I had to wait 11 days for them to come back to me by email saying that they couldn't sell that item to me at the purchased price anymore because it was just too below cost, so they said if I wanted it I'd have to pay over $300 more what I originally paid!
They can't simply change their mind, an advertised priced is a legal price, and if already paid for and credit card charged, they shouldn't be allowed to change their mind. This is actually illegal in most Countries overseas.

Got a great bargain for some of the items that were on sale. An order got delayed due to it not being in stock, ended up taking 18 days longer than the ETA. Staff weren't that great and not that helpful. Still happy with my items! High postage!!!!
