I went in to this shop to have my hair cut but the moment I went in no smiles greeted me, i ask for a normal cut and the staff seemed to be uninterested, i wish i didn't go there. no customer service to greet people. It should have go for nice and cute, for a good customer service, but no manly creative werent like that and unable to deliver what i wanted. i will never go again.

This place is terrible. I never review online, but it was such a bad experience I feel I must share. I had a $45 dollar cut & blow dry. On arrival the staff shampooed my hair and then sat me in a seat where the air conditioning was dripping all down the mirror, hair still on the floor, and the last clients drink in front of me. I was tempted to walk then, and wished I had. I was then surprised as the same staff then pulled out some scissors and asked me what I wanted. Hadn't seen my hair dry, had no idea how I usually wore it, and as it was now wet, it was too late. I have long hair, and I asked for 1 inch off the bottom, and simply to trim the light feathering I had at the front. Then didn't section any of my very thick hair, and just proceeded to chop into my back layers all at once. Hade no conversation about my hair, and spoke very poor English.Then started to do the same hacking technique on my front layers, so instead of lightly trimming what was there, hacked 3 inches off near my face, and left a chunk which then dropped off into long layers. After staff finished, showed me the back, which staff had decided to cut into a layered v shape because my hair was thick. All I asked was 1 inch off, as I could see it wasn't a top place, and I figured how hard is it to just cut 1 inch off in a straight line? Quite difficult it seemed. Buy cheap buy twice. I will now have to spend $70 fixing poor cutting. I am so angry about this place, and I would recommend spending a bit more. There's 5 google reviews online, which say similar, so I'm surprised how many good ones there are on here.Buyer beware.
