This super friendly group of people give Modern jive dance lessons every Thursday night at Castlereagh Hall, Castlereagh. Being a total beginner with 2 left feet wasn't a problem as the lessons are easy and fun. I was made to feel so welcome, just like being with old friends. This cool dance style which keeps you fit without feeling like you're slogging it out at the gym is also a great social night out as couples and singles are all welcome and the music is top 40. They also organise social outings so I look forward to my Thursday nights and other events with all the new friends I have made.
