Always bliss! I highly recommend this service. In fact, a colleague asked for the contact details only yesterday! I better book myself in quick!!!
And the Pilates classes are the best. Erica incorporates breathing technique with meditative posture alignment. I always feel stronger & taller when I leave! Thanks Erica ðŸ˜Š

I work in the mines as an operator and after being in machines for 2 week I get a very tight back coming to Erica it has helped a lot. I have been coming to her friends a year now and I'll keep coming back.

I've been doing Pilates classes for approximately 3 months with Lotus Touch and highly recommend it, as is in a awesome location, so I can cycle to the markets after wards.Erica is very enthusiastic and professional. She has a good range of equipment and is excellent at modifying the exercises to my range of abilities.

Had a one hour remedial massage booked with Erica. Service was extremely professional and the massage was nice and firm, with Erica checking on whether the pressure was right for me. Would definitely see her again.
