Lincraft Online site is difficult to shop in as everything moves very slowly. Also, although their selection is quite good they take a long time to get the orders in the mail. I've been waiting over a week and my order has just now been shipped, so it will still be a couple more days until it arrives. If you need something rather quickly, don't bother purchasing it online.

It's great that the city has a Lincraft store. I like the savings you can get when there is the storewide 30% discount. Otherwise, the prices are quite standard, as you can get similar items online for a cheaper price if you're buying more items.

Staff very helpful, asked for an item but unfortunately they had sold it sold out, staff suggest me to go to website and buy it online as promotion would end that day.
