The waiting in the single line queue is not fun. Staff are helpful and polite. Product range is good and price are reasonable.

I second that the register setup is poor. I only purchase items when they have a 20% or 30% of storewide sales. The staff are helpful and also polite.

They have a great range of wool and craft items but the service and register setup is disappointing. When people buy material the rolls are very heavy most times and they have to stand in line with people who buying small items like beads and wool. There should be a line strictly for material purchases, this will also make it fairer for people who are buying smaller items because measuring, cutting material take a lot of time.. and when you one ball of wool and want to get going it is very frustrating most times I have just left the store and went to spotlight where the service is quicker.
