I have been to the store a few times and have found it a pleasant experience I've been able to get what I have come there for and there specials are very good as a patchworker you can never have enough fabric when there's 30% off you ave to go and buy more
I have been to this store several times, and have had a mix of good and bad service, but unfortunately the bad seems to be the most common. Their range is about average for a craft/sewing supplies store of this size, but they rarely have more than one staff member available for both serving at the counter and answering any questions. I now refuse to go to this store as on my last visit a customer in front of me in line asked a question of staff who took about 10 minutes off serving customers in line to find an answer, but when I had a question to ask I was made to find the answer myself and stand in line an additional quarter of an hour AFTER seeing a staff member already. They seem to treat young customers vastly different to their elderly customers, and because of this I would prefer to travel to find a store that has what I want than to go back to this one.
