The best eyebrow shape I have ever had in my life. Marakesh is the queen of eyebrows, I won't see anyone else!!! Since having my eyebrows waxed at Lady At Bay I get stopped in the street to ask where I get them done! Great shape and brings out my eyes and I ask for them thick and they stay thick!!! Only draw back they are very expensive but they do give away lost of vouchers and discounts. But it is worth it to know my face looks great!

Even all the other customers who come in seem to be really happy! I've had a couple of the therapists treat my skin and both of them have been incredibly knowledgeable, caring and gentle, with great advice about what I should be doing for my skin at home. The manager is lovely and always so welcoming every time I'm there. I've been told by friends that I'm looking wonderful and that my skin is glowing! When they ask where I'm going, I'm sure to tell them, Lady At Bay. Thank you ladies!

It has an amazing array of services that are done by proffesionals that care for you and your skin. My personal experience led to a further consultation of my skin condition and allowed me to find ways of improving its condition. They are willing to help. There is also a special voucher you can get if you visit their site.

Fantastic treatments and service, but quite expensive. They offer a lot of discounts, vouchers, packages etc though. I've had a massage here (which was great) and a pedicure (which was excellent - the polish was very neat and shiny and lasted for AGES). I've also had a facial and a peel. The only downside was that I had an allergic reaction to the peel. I do have quite sensitive skin though, so hopefully most people would be okay with the peel as it's a natural product. Overall a great salon.

I would like to congratulate the girls on a wonderful salon, walking into Lady at Bay and enjoying a treatment is like enjoying a slice of heaven - it's always peaceful and relaxing, thank you so much for all my fabulous treaments. I am so glad I found you ladies I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I would say that I've never had such a careful and thorough treatment - including eye shape, waxing, facial - as well as follow through advice for the care of my skin in at least forty years of attending salons.

A quality beauty salon with heaps of discounts and vouchers if you are a member. The place is very orderly and neat, and the staff are exceptionally nice and helpful too.
