Did a great job on our floors for a great price. Even fixed a few things we didn't even ask them to do, like the front door step that was cracked and loose (they replaced that board completely), and the joining sections to a couple of the rooms (again, replaced with new wood). Not 100% perfect finish, a couple of bubbles, but still pretty good. And lots of dust - but that is what you get with sanding. We did the prep like moving furniture and sealing doors and filling some gaps, so I am assuming that as long as you are willing to do the prep, they will do a really good job of the sanding and polishing at a really good price.

Very disappointed with the finished job. We had jarrah boards laid over our existing floor. Then sanded and sealed. Very noticeable uneven gaps between the floor boards which is made worse by some being patched and others not. The quality of the boards was also poor. Putting aside natural grain and texture, there were large gouges left which have been half filled. I will never use them again. Being competitively priced made them favourable.

They didn't seal the doors, even when I requested it 3 times. I ended up with fine dust all over my house, the newly painted walls and doors, bedding and furniture - it took weeks to get rid of it. They also left bubbles in the finish - even when they came back to fix it, bubbles are still there. Seriously not happy.

We had a small area of our parquetry flooring sanded and polished by them and they did quite a good job.
