Have tyres rotated every service just had 3 year done checked spare it has never been on the road

I try to buy a 2018 year outlander, we finalise the price after long negotiation.
He try to sale the 2017 car MY18.5 car as 2018 . I don’t think so his intention is cheat me.
He don’t know the difference between 2018 model made in 2017and 2018 year car.
I am lucky I got my deposit back. I won’t buy from kelly Mitsubishi anymore . I won’t recommend to anyone.

but never again as i should have been driving away in a MY17 not a MY16

Customer lose ( not given correct information to make informed decision so overpayed for old stock)

Absolute waste of time. Wasted a good half an hour of my families time. Salesperson could barely keep their eyes open, asked what we would pay while waiting for the test drive vehicle to return... Not happy with our price and suddenly we couldn't test drive the vehicle any more. Poor sales, will never return and never recommend. Drove 10km to the next dealer and bought the car..

These guys are great! Not too pushy, actually listen to what you want and go the extra mile to make you happy.
We traded in our car to buy a new one, and on the way to th dealership, we were involved in an accident. They were very accomodating and helpful, and the trade still went ahead on the same day.
We also got a thank you present for buying a car through them.
