KBE is a good size family business who work hard to give the best service. The girls on reception are constantly scanning the sales floor to make sure every customer coming through the door is attended to.
They have a very good website and unlike the national chains the prices on the website are the same low prices on the showroom floor and they have the delivery prices on the page for drop off or install delivery.
To Match like for like against the on-line stores they now have to charge for delivery but the ticket price ofter lower.

I have bought a number of items from this store over the last couple of years. The sales staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The prices are the best in Adelaide, even when compared to the other electrical retailers sale prices. The only disappointment is that they no longer deliver for free.

After having a poor expirence with Keith Bowden a number of years ago where the sales staff were more interested in chatting to each other. We decided to finally go back and was served by Mark. We are glad we gave them another chance. Mark's service was amazing and we couldn't believe that Keith Bowdens normal prices were cheaper than their compeditors such as Harvey Norman and Good Guys when they have sales on.

I have been shopping here for years, its a good family run business. The staff are all well trained, know the products, approach you as you walk in the door. Delivery is free and they will even return to take away the products. They match prices, even though they start price is great
