The best customer service I’ve ever experienced at JB Hifi Miranda. In particular the manager Ash went above and beyond in assisting me make a smooth transaction when I was looking at purchasing an iPhone which can be daunting.
They will definitely see me back at this store for all future purchases.

Whenever I have been here its allways been very busy, which means they are doing something right! they have some of the best prices around and lots of old back catalogue music available without having to order it. I could look around in here for ages just try and go when it isnt really busy as the cues for the checkouts can be long

Most of the time there are a lot of customers and very difficult to get help from the staff. Once we chose TV for 30 minutes and nobody offers us a help. Another time I picked up my online order and although there was nobody around Pickup table, I quickly found a staff member and he brought me my laptop. The shop is a bit far from the place where I usually park my car in Miranda so I prefer to go to JB HI-FI in Taren Point.

This shop is crazy. It has a huge range of stock and is always buzzing with customers.

The big drawback is that it is hard to find anyone to assist you as they seem to be permanently outnumbered by 20 to 1.

Never-the-less, the products are good and the prices are low, and the specials are always good.

Pretty ordinary JB HiFi. The isles are cramped and trying to get a parking spot at Miranda Fair is a nightmare. Otherwise nothing special from this particular JB HIFI.

fantastic work. this place is really good. they always have very very cheap prices. sometimes staff are a little hard to come by as they are not in uniform and i didnt know who was staff and who were customers, but it is still fanstastic overall.

Love this place. Great for bargains. Relive the classic songs and CD's. Great quality and lots to choose from. Can get quite crowded at times but if you know what you're looking for, then this place is really worth it. Would recommend to everyone as there is something for everyone in technology.

Excellent prices and a huge range of DVDs, CDs, games and equipment to choose from. Could spend hours just browsing. Friendly staff too but the shop is usually quite busy.

It is sometimes difficult to get hold of a staff member as the shop is always busy but once you get one, the service is excellent, the prices very good and the staff know their products well and can answer any questions you have.If you don't mind crowds, it's a great place for bargains.
