I went in with my daughter in May 2018 & Nardia was the only salesperson in the store. She couldn’t have bent over backwards any more to help us & put in several calls to other stores to try & locate sizes at other stores. Great personality & really should make Jay Jays proud of her attitude & dillegence at her job.

I work at Kmart Northlakes and had a great customer experience in jayjays today. Nadia was serving when I arrived but as soon as she'd finished she came out from behind the counter to let me know the deals in store but what I loved the most was that she then said BTW I'm Nadia yell out if you need anything.... That hardly ever happens. Awesome job

clothing is fantastic priced and they have awesome sales. staff were not as helpful as other shops but they are always friendly.

I LOVE Jay Jays! Their clothing is great quality, and priced at a point which pretty much all teenagers can afford!
They often have great sales, eg a LICENSED Nintendo hoodie for $10! And their licensed clothing is probably the best value for money you'll find anywhere.

The staff here are as helpful as you'd expect, nothing special.

The staff were very friendly and delightful. They made shopping for my step brother easy. They also assisted me with trying on shirts and finding one that suited me and that fit well. They told me about the latest deals and offers. so I got 2 shirts for 25 dollars for my step brother and found a few nice shirts for myself. I would definitely shop there again

Staff are very helpful. I buy alot of T-shirts for my nephew here and my niece loves the jeans at Jay Jays. Sometimes I find some nice clothes for myself aswell.
