I sent an email to this state office about repairs for my sewing machine. This machine is an old Elna and I had a query about whether repairs are available. Janome have bought Elna (which I did not know) and the state manager replied promptly by email. He had contacted a retired Elna technician and explained my problem and provided contact details for him. Great service. He does doubt that the part needed is available. Much appreciated as the new basic machine bought to replace Elna is taking a bit of getting used to.
