This is the absolute BEST "All You Can Eat" place I have ever been to. Food is delicious and made fresh to order (you order all you can eat as opposed to buffet style). Awesome value.

My absolute fave $40 all you can eat is so amazing however always very busy need to book in advance. And because it is so busy service can be a little slow but they definitely try their best!

Isshin House is tucked away in Lilydale, we wouldn't have known it was there if a friend hadn't introduced it to us as we love asian cuisine and Japanese in particular. If you're also a fan you'll have to try Isshin house, you won't be dissappointed. One of the few places I've heard of that offers all you can eat for a reasonable price of thirty five dollars. It is a medium sized restaurant with simple yet traditional japanese decor. The staff seat you quickly but I find they do take a little while to collect your orders and as someone else has already said there is often a bit of a wait for food. However the food itself is absolutely amazing, one of the best Japanese cuisine you can get and a massive range to.

One small note to make though the restaurant has a policy against wasting food when you order the all you can eat offer so try not to order more then you are going to eat. You can always order more later after all. Try some of their sake to for a great Japan experience.

I absolutely love this place. They were a bit slow and not very good quality when they first opened but they have significantly improved and I think it's probably the best Japanese I've ever had. You can get all you can eat for about $35 and the service is always 100% friendly, attentive and kind. Highly HIGHLY recommend going here.

We were very glad to learn about this place as it is another 'eat all you can' Japanese place but much closer to us. Tried it, loved it! Would love to do this more often except that overeating is not so healthy, LOL!

We have been a number of times, we all really enjoy it. its about a half an hour drive for me but it worth the drive :), only wish there was one closer to home, Food lovely and fresh, it does take a bit to get some of the food that you order but it is worth the wait. for under $35 you roll out the door full, such good value for money! my kids love it and its only $10 per child. I have told loads of people about it, would recommend it to everyone.

Very good food and service. A pleasing experience for an all you can eat offer which we took up. You are able to order anything on the normal menu and as much as you can eat. Nice to have a Japanese restaurant locally that we do not have to go to Glen Waverley or the City for. Very enjoyable.

Great food. Fresh, well presented and delivered to the table in a timely manner. I'm so grateful that I no longer have to drive towards Melbourne to enjoy good Japanese food. I'm bringing my friends next time.

Amazing Japanese food, so many different options! Have been here 5 times now and everyone we bring with us loves it too. The only negative the service is not that great, a bit slow and never know who orders what. Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone who likes Japanese and or Sushi

Fully recommend this place for family dinners. We arrived early for a weekday dinner with 11-month baby and really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, fresh food and attentive staff. Tried just about everything on the menu. Should've saved more room for the black sesame ice cream. Definately will be back again! we paid $34.95 per person for the buffet
