I cannot praise the services provided by Inner City Plumbing highly enough. I needed assistance for installation of a new gas stove and from my first phone call enquiry with Sam to when the job was completed I experienced total professionalism (with 'personability'), honesty in advising prices, patient explanation of what would be involved and incredible flexibility (with no hint of frustration) with the several timing changes I made. On the day of installation I was contacted to check all was still on schedule, that the new stove had arrived and was provided confirmation of when the plumbers would be at my house. The plumbers, Jonathan and Nicholas, were as professional and personable as Sam and Paras in the office and to me seemed thorough with the job at hand and efficient with their time. Not long after the work was finished, Inner City Plumbing followed up with me to check that all work had been done to my satisfaction. And all this at a very competitive price! I highly recommend Inner City Plumbing and will certainly be calling them again when my next plumbing job arises.

Absolutely brilliant service. After my initial phone call (at just before 1p.m.) I was told a plumber would arrive within an hour. This happened and the problem was assessed and fixed the very next morning. Once again the plumbers arrived early as they had arranged. It is so good to have trades people that are reliable. Inner City Plumbing has helped me in the past and never fail to deliver.

Noticed a blocked toilet late yesterday evening called Inner City Plumbing and they organised a plumber within the hour. The plumber Guy arrived and was very polite and professional. Guy unblocked the toilet within the hour and paid as i was quoted. Thanks so much for a great service Inner City Plumbing and especially at that time of the evening. Inner City Plumbing provided an excellent plumbing service for our blocked drain on Saturday. Office gave me a courtesy call before plumber arriving, plumber introduced himself politely at the door and got on with the job in a professional and efficient manner. The plumber had good communication skills and was able to explain what the problem was and the options to fix it in a lay manner that I could understand. I would definitely call inner city plumbing for any future jobs.

The staff, both admin and plumbers are always helpful and willing to work. Sam organised the project so well considering they worked in cramped conditions. Very polite and efficient. Everything was left clean. Great service. Highly recommend

Been using ICP for 17 years now and I have to say.... these guys are the best! Always on time, they explain the job thoroughly and explore the most cost effective means of completing our jobs. What impresses us the most is the way they care about the quality of work they do and the friendly nature of all their staff, in often difficult circumstances. Shane from Inner City Plumbing was just fantastic. We needed to replace our gas line and he did a great job. The lady in the office was also very helpful and arranged to have the plumber come out immediately. He supplied and installed a new copper gas line. Very happy indeed. Nice to have the heating back on.
