Yesterday I went to see a doctor to know the results of my last tests,, unfortunately I was very disappointed, the doctor didn't want to listen what I tried to explain about the strong pain I have in my back.
I'm not happy with the consultation
It was about 8 minutes ,she opened the door
and said; we see this next time...
In this situation I have to see an other doctor.
I have been a patient of this clinic for years..

I don’t know why they ask you to make an appointment. Then you have to wait an hour.
Good Practice but waiting time is ridiculous.
Kirsta Craig is a fantastic doctor. Pity about no time management

It took me nearly 10 years to find a local doctor after I moved to Hoppers Crossing. Dr Kirsta Craig was recommended to me by a family member. I am very happy seeing Dr Craig she is thorough and very pleasant.

I had attended a GP in Altona for many years, but travelling from HC was a bit silly, hence I decided to attend the Hoppers Lane practice. I have consulted with 3 of the doctors now and while they have each been very nice and professional, I now will be seeing Dr Marta Siegel Shumba. She is super thorough, not intimidating and really knows her stuff. I am a Registered Nurse, so very picky about GP' s competency etc. I also like that the clinic is collocates with radiology, pathology, podiatry and other specialists, which make it very convenient! Well done HoppersLane!

I went to this GP medical centre for the first time recently on the recommendation of a family member. I wanted to get a medical second opinion and I was referred to Dr David Louey.

Dr Louey was very professional, friendly, made me feel comfortable in answering my questions and addressing my concerns.

This medical centre is very spacious, lots of seating, tv sets so you can pass the time waiting.

The reception staff were lovely, courteous and polite.

This clinic is situated in the Wyndham Private Medical Centre and opposite the Mercy Hospital.

Parking is available onsite, however be sure to take a ticket and pay for the time spent. You can pay by credit card at the ticket box upon exiting too, or otherwise at the pay station located nearby. The first hour is free, I think the maximum charge is $10 per day.

You can attend for an appointment on the following days: Monday to Friday – 9.00am to 5.00pm and Saturdays from 9.00am – 1.00pm, Sunday closed.

Although it was a long drive to get to this GP it was well worth it to receive good medical advice. I will definitely be happy to return to this clinic to see Dr Louey in the future if I need second opinion of a reliable doctor.

The clinic does bulk bill your medical consultation upon presentation of your Medicare card.

Approximate cost: $bulk bill - free
