I am so glad I made this appointment I feel completely heard and that finally found a professional counsellor who understands anxiety, depression and trauma. Great strategies and support. Will definitely be continuing sessions. Cost is slightly higher than other counsellors but I can see this counsellor has so much more experience and won’t just sit and listen she really explains everything so you can understand what is going on and how to help. Worth the $150.
