Michael's professionalism began with questioning my stated requirement and pointed out that it would have a 20 year payback at 2014 power prices, but immediately understood my statement "..because I can" Then a detailed explanation with supporting data to lay out the best solution to our needs He then returned on request to bridge out our off peak 1 circuit to overcome a temporary hot water supply need. As arranged he rang to advise install date and arrived right on time But all of the above paled almost to insignificance against his truly professional safe working practices, his custom designed and built erection and installation equipment all of which contributed to his and his co-worker's efficiency and competence. I'm pretty hard to impress on many activities but Hogan Hot Water scored a full card and I'd recommend them very highly. Find it difficult to accept the negative posts below. I get the impression they are false comments or mistaken identity. And note: K & M Kearney are quite open with their responses to negativity

Arrived 4 hours later than advised, was there for 10 mins, did very little and advice was wrong. Our HWS blew its thermostat 2 days later and has since been attended to by real professionals. All they did was change a fuse out. Then have the hide to send invoice for $88 for the 10 mins they were there!

Placed the call and received same day service. We had no idea which hot water system to use and the options were explained thoroughly, price was reasonable and quoted upfront for peace of mind.... I would definitely use them again as they were professional and courteous

Rude, incompetent and overpriced. There are other options in Newcastle. I suggest you try them first.
