Waited an hour for car wash. Good job, but not worth the
l o n g wait.
Management must hire more staff. This is ridiculous.

They put my genuine Ford rubber boot cover in another vehicle snd I understand these things happen. They said that the car it was accidentally put in was a regular customer and they would take my name snd details. This was just before Australia Day 2021. I requested a replacement and they would do that but it’s June 17th and still nothing! Be careful they don’t follow through on their word if something goes wrong and don’t seem to care!

Nearly 2 weeks ago had an interior clean on a BARINA not dirty), just wanted a freshen up. They charged $100 tried to quote $140 just for the inside. I gave them the car at aprox 10am and recieved it back late that day. The seats and carpet were extremely wet. I had accidently left a 2 pullovers and a cardigan on the back seat, and have been trying for nearly 2weeks to get them back. They have ignored my msgs. I spoke to the Manager at least 9 days ago(all very polite), but still getting nowhere. Have just had the garments returned by a very polite young man. I let him check the interior of my car for the smell of damp. I have now requested a refund plus $15postage to send the garments to Bendigo by the end of the day. All txt messages were polite but no response from the business was not good.

Expensive and did not do what was promised, wheels still dirty, mud on panels, not polished, talked into $300 pay up front detail absolute waste of money don't bother, the local shopping centre car wash will do a better job for way less.

Love the hand car wash, it does a great job.
