Finally a travel agent that doesn't take your money and leave you hanging. I had such a great experience here, my consultant went on leave and had someone else manage everything while she was away and they both did a fantastic job. Regular phone calls to keep me updated and everything was done on time - they work hard to get the best deal they can for you and I did not feel pressured into purchasing anything (though I did). More travel agents like this need to be around!
