I went in here today to buy a brand new $1200 washing machine after mine died overnight. The guy was so rude I left without a washing machine and will not go back into that store again. I have always bought my appliances from Harvey Norman in Queensland but that will now change. I managed to get the same machine cheaper at The Good Guys anyway.

Have you ever walked into a place and felt like you are apart of the garbage??? Visit Harvey Norman Rutherford and you shall experience this. On more than one occasion I have waited and waited and waited while sales people are happily chatting to one another about their social life and forgetting that they are there to 'help!' Harvey Norman is always over-priced on 80% of there stock as I have always compared prices with competing business. I don't understand how they survive???
