Please save yourself the effort of asking them for refunds or assistance. After I paid a fortune I realised they ripped me off ($200) on the i.net products, then the wanna be "manager" acted very clever, with all sorts of excuses. I will never support them again. Such a bad taste. My advice to you, Do not expect refunds or fair business, do not purchase additional supplementary items.

Great place to shop, decent pricing (usually a little more expensive than online but they do compete with other local stores). Friendly customer service and the store is easy to browse.

Excellent store with a lot of variety, sales staff were terrific in the information and service that they provided. Went there to purchase a particular item i thought was on sale, sales person showed me a better product for the same price.
