If you have chronic ongoing medical issues find another practice, if you want an early grave visit Grange Road Medical, some are excellent doctors others need much more training, one has buried at least two of his mistakes and got rid of others who are too complicated. And if you or a family member has Dementia or serious mental illness (ex military or civilian) find another practice they have a tendency to discriminate against patients with these issues, why you ask? I was an ex patient and I have Frontotemporal (Semantic) dementia secondary to depression and medication and I had a GP in his practice he wasn't supportive nor empathetic and cause me further mental distress by his ultimate betrayal, 'betrayal' is a trigger for my ex military PTSD. relapses.

The quality of doctors here is great, but can be a little bit difficult to get into. They also have a very inconsistent fee structure. One doctor charged me $80 when I came in with a chest infection, another doctor bulk billed it a few days later.

I have been going here for several years now. It was hard to get into as they weren't taking new clients.

Worth the wait though. Went to several doctors before landing on Dr Lisa Moreton. She goes beyond her duties, sending faxes and taking calls outside working hours. She treats clients like humans, rather than a number.

The girls at reception are also lovely. They try their hardest to help you, always with a friendly smile.

My family have been going to grange road for many years and have always found them to be excellent in service attitude and quality of doctors. Like most doctors there is often a wait to get in, some people must think their doctor sits there all year just waiting for them alone; when the situation has warranted grange road have been great getting us in to see our doctor.

I am concerned that several times when I have wanted an appointment with my doctor, I have been unable to get in for several days. I do not like to see a different doctor as you often have to waste time re-explaining your medical history which in some instances can be difficult.

I have a severely disabled daughter who presents ongoing medical needs. To be able to source a doctor that you can stay with long term is a boon. Grange Rd Medical Centre have been there for us through many a fun trial. Staff are wonderful, there's always a doctor on hand who is able to see my daughter if her usual doctor is busy, and we're always treated in a friendly, yet professional manner.
