I was extremely upset by the agressive way the owners spoke to me. Husband and wife team. The husband lied to me and the wife and Store manager have been completely rude to me till this day, 3 years after the incident. My husband was ill, my phone disconnected and I was out of work. I got a telstra prepaid phone credit so I could ring out, as my phone bill was overdue and nearly disconneccted. The young girl that served me sold me the wrong credit and Telstra told me to take it to the newsagent and they will replace it with the correct one. The owners refused and became agressive with me. I went to the Telstra shop in the centre and they told me to go back to the agency because they should replace it. Not only did they NOT replace it but they called security who called the police. I was in tears. The male owner went to telstra under order of the policeman to sort this out. He came back saying that Telstra would replace it. I went to telstra and was told that they told him nothing of a sort. They did replace it for me and confronted the owners who in turn told me to NEVER come back to their store. 3 years later and I am still shunned. No one I have spoken to have a good word for the owners or the store service.
