Bought a whirlpool oven which decided stopped working after manufacturers warranty ended. Called Robina Good Guys, they got an electrician to come and look. As the repair will cost more than the oven Stuart from Robina let us get a new oven! Amazing customer service, highly rate them. Have always, and will always continue to go back there.

Was looking to purchase a Sony action camera but could not find them in the store. When I finally got some service the sales person knew nothing about action cameras and said she would find someone to help me. Two minutes later the same salesperson is serving someone else in Tv's and after another five minutes I excused myself to the customer she was serving and asked what was going on , she said "Oh I'm sorry I forgot, if you just want to wait while I finish serving this customer I'll find someone to help you". I left the store.

I have been dealing with the Good guys at Robina for a few years now All the staff are attentive to your needs and being a grandmother its great to have someone not just sell you something but also explain the differences between goods and work out which one is most suitable for your needs They are also excellent in calling you back and trying their best to get stock for you if it is not in store They certainly are the GOOD GUYS

I have bought a couple of large electrical items from them and a couple of smaller items also over the past few years and have been very pleased with their overall quality, service and price. I did a bit of research on a washing machine I wanted and then went to them and said this is the product I want - I will pay X amount of dollars which needs to include delivery. What can you do for me? It really isn't hard - you just have to be firm and don't budge. Their extended warranties are very good also. After a call to the warranty provider I retuned a VHS/DVD Combo player and the replacement had already been put on side ready for my collection. End of financial year is always a great time too - if you can wait right until the last 2 days of June you can usually get an even better deal on top of the normal stocktake price. Will continue to shop there. If they treat me well then I will always be a loyal customer.

I buy most of my appliances etc from this shop. They give good deals. I bought my Dyson vaccum, LCD Toshiba tv, Acer laptop, and lots of other items from this store. I love the way they give to the community charties too.

We went in to purchase a chest freezer providing the price was right, service was slow to start with but once a sales person (Claire) attended to us, there were absolutely no complaints. Claire was helpful, very friendly and we were given a brilliant price.
We have already decided our next purchase for the home, possibly a television, we will be returning to the Good Guys in Robina.
