It’s been 3 years approximately since I heard from them, as soon as my case got too hard they ghosted me. Thanks for abandoning me assholes.

In one word - disappointing no other word can describe them

Absolutely useless is the kindest thing I can say about this firm. In 2018 my wife broke her ankle and was sent to hospital. That hospital cleared her and was ready to send her home but decided to send her to another hospital for an orthopaedic consult. BIG MISTAKE. The next day the second hospital broke her femur through careless handling and 34 hours later she died. I approached George Malouf and Partners and finally saw one of their solicitors in August 2019, and then never again. he assistant communicated with me a couple of times but that stopped in July 2020. Since December I have emailed and phoned the solicitor but none of my calls have been answered. In friustration, I rang again today and was told that they had sent a letter (never received) stating that they would not be able to help me, this after 18 months. I strongly suspect that it was forgotten until my emails and phone call. clearly a horrible firm to deal with. STAY AWAY!

When i broke my wrist in 4 places after a fall in a fish and chip shop, in 2014 i contacted Gerard Malouf and Partners who agreed to represent me in getting a payment for my pain and suffering
Now after many Doctors appointment and having a plate inserted into my wrist i was informed that the most i could get from the shop insurance was $50,000 but Gerard Malouf and Partners informed me that their bill would be about $40,000 leaving me just $10,000
i was advised to go to arbitration with the shops insurance a one on one so i thought , when i turn up i found i was paying for a solicitor and a Barrister to represent me
I was instructed to tell the Barrister exactly what o wanted and after explaining my circumstances i sent the barrister back to the other insurance company 4 times and i ended up achieving an amount of $95,000 by my self all the while the solicitor sat there and did nothing ,
so i thought i would be getting the $45,000 plus the $10,000 that i alone was able to achieve , NO so when the cheque arrived it was only $43,000 when i rang to complain i was told that was all i was getting , end of story
would i recommend Gerard Malouf and Partners
No they ended up getting $52,000 while i received $43,000 ,not a great out come

Law firms, more often than not, find themselves facing a classic double-edged sword because their services tend to required by people facing adversity in their lives. Calling GMP to assist with my case is the best decision I have ever made (apart from marrying my wife, of course!)
From the very beginning, they ensured that the process was simple and straightforward to someone like myself with absolutely no knowledge of legalese. Perhaps the only “disappointing” aspect of this review is the ability to merely score 5 stars. They deserve far more than a 5-star rating because their treatment of me and my family has been nothing short of excellent. somewhat surprising given the fact that their fees were less than half of those I was quoted by a local company.

Would not recommend.
I was minding my own business , off for a walk, and bitten savagedly by an unleashed dog.
All I wanted was to recoup some of my medical costs...... attack happened outside owners house, owner was present , ....
Was told I had no case ........???
That was after I was sent to sydneyto an inappropriate doctor , who even asked me why I was there.
Total waste of my time and energy .... and I’m left with the scars...

i would rather you run so fast from this bunch of crooked ambulance chasers as you can find in australia
they are here to steal your claim as they did my tpd claim that id worked on for eight years and even kept my file that i had gained before moving to them
they are snakes with hair.......
these people should be in jail they are so criminally organised
