We left our dog Rogue for a week and picked her up she was happy and smelled so good. The staff are fantastic and very friendly we will definitely be back.
We have used Fido & Felix a number of times over the last 5 years and our dogs are excited to arrive and seem to enjoy their stay arriving home healthy, happy and smelling good.
Always on the ball with knowing and caring for your furry babies. So gentle and very helpful with diet and medication if required. David and his staff have been caring for our furry kids for over 20 years. I would not go anywhere else
I booked my dog in at another kennel, my daughter took Benny to fido and felix accidentally and David booked him in rather than say this is the wrong kennel, not impressed with this place

This is simply not true. My staff member Kimberley and myself were both present when your daughter arrived. She said that the dog was booked in to this kennel. We were very busy and sometimes bookings can be misplaced. We are not perfect and we could not find the booking but we asked her again if this was the right kennel and she was adamant that it was. In addition she stated that this was the address that her GPS brought her to. So we processed the booking. We were very polite in the admittance process and all of this can be verified as it was recorded.
In addition Benny was recorded happily departing with his tail wagging.
Your daughter was the person who made the mistake and she needs to take responsibility for her own actions and not place the blame on us.
We always leave our dog here and we are very happy with the level of care and attention given. We recommend Fido & Felix to family & friends without hesitation.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS HERE!! The management staff is one of the rudest people I've spoken too, judged me on what breed of dog I have, refused to take them in and hung up on me, I was then told they do not even live there, all animals are left there alone from late afternoon to the next morning. STAY WELL CLEAR!
