Went to Fadi's, had the most wonderful cut and colour. The stylist really understood my curly hair and showed me tips and tricks to help with styling my hair at home. The colour was subtle but funky, lite caramel foils through bottom, which look great with my curl. Enjoyed the one on one attention, with someone who knew what they were doing. Rare to find. I will be back

Waited 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. They made me feel bad and like I wasnt worthy of even being in the salon. Paid $110 for a regrowth tint, which took close to 30minutes to apply. I told them my hair was extremely fragile, and that I am a business woman and my husband is a well known executive, so my hair is really important as I need to present well all the time and attend many high profile business events with my husband. Im not a bargain hunter and i appreciate service and quality. Sat under a heater for close to an hour and my hair broke off at the basin. The staff who was rinsing my hair said to me 'all your hair is breaking off!!' They roughly dried off my hair, didn't even question why my hair was half the amount and length that I started with, and to my horror, they didn't even bother to see me out. I had to see myself to the front and I paid my bill and left. Rang Fadi personally to express my disappointment and they didn't want to even know about it. I have since had to stop coloring my roots altogether, and my hair is now an inch long in many areas all over my head. Even though I live locally I will never ever go here again. Bad service.
