Although the store location is convenient, the owner is very discourteous and service is extremely overpriced. I had a unknown problem on my computer and asked if he could run a quick diagnosis on it to see if there are any major problems and he responded with "idk check warranty, then ok I will help for $200". Not helpful at all waste of time and should not consider for repairs unless you are willing to overspend for terrible service

Good guy, communication not the best but good prices

Why would I recommend them? Good question!
I showed guy in shop my laptop whose bottom plate had become detached through loss of a screw.
Guy: What is it you want from me.
Me: I was hoping you could fix it.
Guy: I don't keep spare screws.

I have dealt with many, and I mean many computer service professionals, as I build over a dozen PC's in a given year. Many of the businesses lack the service, and friendliness, but not F1 tech Chatswood. Gentleman there was extremely nice, his service prices were very decent, esp when you make purchases from the shop.

However, limited range of stock and not so competitive pricing may get serious PC builders to think twice, as most PC builders will build their own systems. If you're not sure what you're doing and you have a little bit cash, this is probably the place to go. It just isn't for me.
