I think the hairdresser name is Charmaine ? She’s absolutely fantastic does my hair the way I want it and had exceptional public service skills
I hope she comes back when it re opens

I have been to this business twice previously and the service is terrible , the older blonde lady is constantly grumpy , constantly complaining about the hrs she works etc. I thought I would try them again and once again her customer service is well below acceptable, as I was leaving and decided then not to stay another customer said to me, she is always grumpy and he was not sure how she got away with it. Surely I’m not the only customer experiencing poor service. It has always amused me how people complain about what they do for a living. Maybe just try something else.

Hildy is fantastic. She is an asset to this business. Excellent, experienced and done an amazing haircut. Highly recommend!

My husband and I popped in for a quick trim as my hair was becoming unmanageable and I wanted it cut very short. Hildy cut mine and she is a very experienced hairdresser so I was very happy with the result. She said I can ask for her especially which is great. My husband was satisfied with his from a young hairdresser but he is not as fussy. His looks fine as well.

Staff are very rude, treated me in a very off hand way, ignored me as a customer and talk between themselves ignoring customers. Poor haircut. Overall a really poor customer experience and BAD haircut! Avoid this place!,

Very rude staff, appalling customer service. Will never go to this store again. No customers in the store except one having a cut, three cutting staff in store, store closes at 5:30 pm but when arriving in store before 5 pm that "you'll have to come back tomorrow as we have to stop cutting at 5". Refused to cut hair despite being there before 5, and having short older male hair cut. Forget them, they are just rude!!
