I have spent over a year now trying to get my 1950 Morris repaint done properly by this company. They never return calls. This is what happened: When the car was returned the back bumper bar was only partly attached, two mouldings were hanging off having not be reconnected properly, the boot stay had been broken off, the soft top had not been replaced correctly, the boot lid handle was upside down and one of the door plates was missing. I rectified most of this myself and managed to purchase a replacement door plate that they fitted at the same time as repainting the bonnet and boot lid which had both bubbled after a few weeks. After another few weeks the bonnet bubbled again. They said I would need to get another bonnet, or pay an additional $600 for the existing bonnet to be stripped back to bare metal. I purchased another bonnet, but when that one was deemed unsatisfactory, I exchanged it for a second bonnet and gave them that. Months went by with calls from me not returned. Eventually I managed to make contact with the management. They said they had forgotten all about the matter (!), but promised to get back to me in two days. I heard nothing for two weeks and then sent the above-mentioned email, which elicited a response from them who said it would still cost me an additional $600.00 to take the bonnet I had given them back to bare metal. I wrote them after a few days pointing out that I would be within my rights to insist on the original quote being honoured, but stating that I would be willing to compromise if he would get back to me with another offer. I received no response. I am now taking the car to another company who will do the work for the same price as I do not wish to have anything to do with these people. Meanwhile, the boot lid is bubbling again (in a small section) but I'll just have to live with that. I would think very carefully before risking your money with this company.

I have to agree with Rx7 driver. Our car came in to get a side panel fixed and sprayed, including scratch & dent fix and detail. The panel and spray was good, but the car was left dusty and and the detailing was poor. Also I cant say that they did any dent and scratch work as the car was still covered in scuffs all round.

From a purely painting point of view, the results are very good. They do some excellent bodywork and patchup work, and the paint finish is excellent. However, service leaves something to be desired. My car was over two weeks later than had been promised. This wasn't a big deal because I had another car and the time period did include Easter, but I feel they shouldn't have given me such an ambitious initial timeframe. Worse still, the car was left quite dusty on the inside (with primer sandpaper dust) including the drivers footwell, steering wheel and seatbelt. They didn't put all of the body moulds (specifically the window seals) back on the car when I came to pick it up. There was a large, noticable stain that they quickly buffed away for me, but again the quality control was not there. At the end of the day, you expect some mishaps for a slightly cheaper price, but the service was well below what I expect for a several thousand dollar respray.
