Absolutely fantastic. I have a elderly dog that takes longer to groom because of his arthritis and she was fantastic with him! Highly recommend!!! She is a lovely polite lady, and very aware that you may run late and happy to rebook you, I drive an hour and a half to take my dog to her.

Unreliable and rude! booked for an appointment, an hour before appointment came we received a call telling us we were late and that they couldn't groom our dog anymore. Very rude and refused to believe they made a mistake.
