Being a previous buyer I stopped in at the Woodvale Environ to see if they could help me suggest any of their products to help with acne scaring. Extremely poor customer service! The administrative woman managed to make me feel extremely unwelcome and she was not at all helpful. In the space of a few minutes, she mentioned my face needed a good wash (I had makeup on) and that I was in desperate need of a particular product. Keep in mind I was standing at a lease one metre away due to social distancing! She insisted she was not a representative and that I should talk to someone else on the phone about it. She also mentioned that she was in a hurry. Furious, at that point I had had enough and already made my mind up that I was not going to buy a product from there.
